Insight: Hospitals lack spaces that associate food with living. They are purely functional spaces where food is perceived as fuel rather than an experience.

Idea: Hospital cafeterias are often brutalist, lifeless, fluorescent-lit spaces. Let’s liven them up by bringing in mini garden installations. Visitors, patients, and staff can enjoy the lively benefits offered from a little bit of greenspace as they eat, and learn more about PRODUCT X and its plant-based real ingredients.
